He has a PhD degree from the Department of Economics and Regional Studies from the Faculty of Business and Economics in the University of Pecs Hungary. Specializing in – Innovation Technology and Patents.

Developed the Innovation Index “Patent Importance Technology Factor” (PITF).

Received his M.B.A from the University of Derby U

Extensive experience in mentoring university students and guiding of business initiatives and entrepreneurs since 1976 has studied life science and electronic engineering sectors.  He has experienced as practical electronic engineer; and as entrepreneur in the R&D department – Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem.

Dr. Freddy Pachys acts also as a business development consultant, providing consulting services in, Technology & Innovation Intellectual Property Analysis across a broad range of sectors including: Life Sciences; Healthcare; Energy Consumer Products; Communications Electronics; & Transport.
